Would you recommend starting to sell soap at farmers markets Ive been wanting to do that but theres not a lot open and i can't think of any other options (btw love the content)

I've just started experimenting with laser etching glass myself (protip: Use old sauce bottles, beer bottles, jam jars for practicing, no need to waste saleable product). One thing I have found is that the laser creates a 'shattered' layer of glass on top of the etch, almost like a salt crust. This crust can flake off leaving a darker spot as you found in some of your tests, but it can be scraped off with a blunt metal tool though which leaves a more uniform etch with a little more dimensionality. is that practical for commercial use? Probably not, but I'm planning on experimenting with an ultrasonic cleaner to see if that can shake the crust off the etch, then at least I/you can clean the etches in in bulk and end up with a more uniform product. Now I know this video is a few months old, but what the heck, someone might find this useful 😅.

I am new to soap making and just by luck stumbled on your channel. Just love you and your editing and your music and your sharing. You added a teaspoon of cream colored substance that is not on your recipe. What is that. I will have to go to my soap calculator and reduce the amounts as I make 1 kg batches at a time. I think going naked is a good choice. Mine are naked. I do a sticker label on the back. But I do not shrink wrap them. Yes, customers do comment that they appreciate no extra labels (bands or shrink wrap)

I found this video after the power cut. 😄 First time I have seen a person put what looks like sugar on tomatoes 🍅 I have Italian uncle and he wouldn't agree with that especially if you are diabetic. My nutritionist part of me says yes just a little if the tomatoes are tangy but it could be salt also.Everything is fresh and I'm now going to wholemeal & spinach and dried tomatoe due to Menopause and my body loves that. I love graphic design and canva its awesome so it Zettle or Zetti I think its called. I have just discovered 😊 its more advanced but its also for people who can't graphic design like yourself. Since you have that little throw rug made by your Mother-In-Law, a light sage green on the wall will add some brightness to the room and tie in the rug. I wouldn't go very dark because it's a small room and a darker color will make if feel smaller.

Watched this right after it posted years ago but watching again, to get ideas for my own new soap shack. Sparked a new thought! Your bathroom area/shower lighting and shower shelf may be a good place to do some photography. Those white pebbles would be a cool background.

Hi! I was wondering if you have heard of the edible spray glitter in the celebrations aisle at Walmart? I’m in the process of making a wedding cake for a family member ( it’s baking in the oven now lol) but I found edible spray glitter in the cake decorating section, and the ingredients are mica, titanium dioxide and food coloring! Would this work on a loaf of soap??? It’s $8.98. Have you or anyone tried this?
